Penny was excellent. I had interviewed a few realtors to help sell a rental property we owned in within the Sun City Lincoln Hills development. It was immediately obvious from my initial conversation that she was the right person to help us. She was smart, confident and strategic. Since the property was still being rented and I was not local, she provided excellent advice to help me delicately communicate our decision to sell to the renter. Also, since I was remote, she took on all of the tasks to take care of all of the house prep activities (painting, landscaping, cleaning, etc.) and preparing for the open house. One of the best parts was that she secured an offer a day before the open house. An even better outcome was that the offer came in above list which was unexpected. One of Penny’s best attributes is her ability to communicate well, and often. Having dealt with several realtors in the past, not everyone succeeds with communicating at the right level but Penny certainly did. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to sell (or buy) in the Sun City Lincoln Hills community to at least consider working with Penny. She’s clearly expertly knowledgeable about the community and will do whatever she can to support her client.
