After serving as an exclusive agent for the Del Webb corporation for many years, in 2004 she opened her brokerage Carolan Properties onsite within Del Webb’s Sun City Lincoln Hills active adult community.
With a goal of not being the biggest but the best, her daughters joined her in the business and together they offer clients a full service package.
